If you are new here, we launched this experiment with a clear challenge: Can a brand-new company (with no history, no press, and no backlinks) show up in AI-generated answers alongside established competitors? We are now in Week 10 of our public test, and the results confirm that measurable visibility is achievable in record time when positioning and structure are intentionally engineered

Significant Milestones and Branded Success:

A major highlight of this week was the publication of our halfway results in Search Engine Journal, which proved that a new B2B entity can earn AI visibility in just 45 days. This validation is already compounding as other sites pick up the article, creating additional backlinks that strengthen our authority. On the performance front, we have achieved a major milestone by showing up for nearly all branded prompts (except one!). This is a significant win considering our company name “No Fluff” can easily be misinterpreted by AI as stuffed animal filling 😂 (or other common phrases), and achieving entity clarity became priority #1.

Overall AI visibility movement:

While our mention and ownership rates are up, our credible presence metric saw a slight dip only because our total brand presence increased so significantly that the denominator change

Expanding the Horizon of AI Discovery

We have expanded our analysis from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to include Grok, Claude, and Copilot to ensure we understand how signals are synthesized across the entire generative ecosystem.

Real-World Momentum (This Is No Longer Theoretical)

This experiment is now generating tangible business results:

  • New inbound inquiries
  • Strong professional reviews of our methodology
  • Organic backlinks from secondary publications picking up the SEJ article

The most important takeaway from this week is that visibility in AI answers serves as an audit of your entire marketing foundation. Tools like ChatGPT do not look at content in a vacuum; they synthesize every signal a brand emits, including: website structure, reviews, press mentions, backlinks, and digital consistency across the web.
